What’s Included in Each Tier

Deposition Officer Only — $250. SACRPS is named as the deposition officer on your subpoena. We calendar the records date, manage receipt of the custodian’s response, scan documents on- or off-site, and deliver an encrypted PDF to you by email. Does not include subpoena preparation, notices, process service, or deponent copy fees.

Officer + Subpoena Service — $400. Everything above, plus SACRPS personally serves the custodian with your subpoena. One invoice, no second vendor.

Full-Service Records Subpoena — $575. Complete workflow: we draft the SUBP-010 subpoena and any required SUBP-025 consumer/employee notices, serve the custodian, act as officer, certify and Bates-number records, and deliver encrypted PDF copies to all counsel.

Rush Full-Service (5 business days) — $675. Full-service package on an expedited timeline.

Certificate of No Records / Cancellation — $75. Flat admin fee when the custodian reports no responsive records or the job is canceled after issuance.

Important: Deposition Officer Only pricing does not include preparation of the subpoena, Notice to Consumer, Notice to Employee, or any other form. If you prepare your own documents, you assume full responsibility for their accuracy, compliance, and legal sufficiency. SACRPS is not liable for errors in client-prepared documents that may delay, impair, or void service or production. This fee also does not include process service upon the deponent or agent for service of process, or copy fees charged by the deponent.
