How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect to perform and document service of process as instructed by our clients, prepare and file Proofs of Service and related legal documents, communicate with clients regarding case status and completions, process payments and maintain billing records, comply with California law and court requirements governing registered process servers, maintain records required by our registration, improve our website and services, and respond to inquiries submitted through our website, phone, or email.

Legal Basis for Processing

Our collection and use of personal information is necessary to perform a contract or fulfill a service request, comply with our legal obligations as a registered process server in California, and pursue our legitimate business interests in operating a professional legal support service.

Client contact and billing records are retained consistent with applicable legal and tax requirements. We may retain information longer if required by a pending legal matter.
