From downtown Sacramento: Take I-5 north to I-80 east, then take the Northgate Boulevard exit and follow the directions above. The drive from downtown is approximately 10 minutes depending on traffic.
Parking: Unlike downtown Sacramento registered agent offices, Gateway Oaks has ample free parking directly outside the building. No parking meters, no parking garages, no validation required. You park, walk to the entrance, and proceed to Suite 100.
Inside the Building
Suite 100 is on the ground floor. The Paracorp office occupies the suite directly. There is no building security check-in, no elevator wait, and no complex lobby navigation. You enter the building and proceed directly to the Paracorp reception area.
Paracorp’s reception staff are long-tenured and accustomed to process servers. Because Paracorp has been at this location for nearly 50 years and is employee-owned (meaning low turnover), you often see the same staff members accepting service over many visits. They are professional, efficient, and familiar with the legal procedures.
Serving Papers at Paracorp
Hours: Paracorp accepts service of process Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed on weekends and major holidays.
What to bring: Bring the original documents to be served. The Paracorp staff will review the documents to confirm they are directed at an entity Paracorp represents, then accept service. You do not need to name a specific individual — any authorized employee can accept.

One of the most important things to know about 2804 Gateway Oaks Drive: it is in the same office complex as CSC Lawyers Incorporating Service at 2710 Gateway Oaks Drive. The two buildings are approximately 100 yards apart. If you need to serve both Paracorp and CSC, you can do so in a single visit — park once, walk to both.
